All the houses have -

  • refitted kitchens
  • full double glazing, new highly efficient condensing boilers and lofts which are fully lagged to ensure that your heating bills are as low as possible
  • access to cable telephone services

We are, of course, an "approved landlord". We take seriously all our legal obligations as landlords and keep up to date with legislative changes affecting rental properties. Paul is a retired solicitor.

As you will appreciate, houses are not always looked after by tenants as they should be.  Whatever the state of a house at the end of a tenancy, we ensure that by the time the new academic year starts it has been put back into good condition for the new tenants.

Security deposits

The return of the security deposits we receive from you under the tenancy agreement is guaranteed via a government-approved security deposit guarantee scheme.
