LAWN COTTAGE - 36 New Street, Padstow, Cornwall
 
The cottage has been finished using traditional materials such as stone and slate which blend in with neighbouring properties.
 
It is furnished and equipped to a high standard making it ideal for a family or group of friends looking for that little bit of luxury on their holiday.
 
With central heating and an open fire, the cottage is a cosy retreat during the winter months, whilst the enclosed patio is just the place for al fresco dining when the weather becomes warmer.

The accommodation consists of:

DOWNSTAIRS

Lounge/dining room with open fireplace, Freeview digital TV, DVD player and hi-fi system.
 
Luxury kitchen with electric double oven and gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, fridge/freezer and automatic washer-drier
 
Cloakroom with toilet and wash basin

UPSTAIRS

Rear bedroom with king-size bed, colour TV and view over patio garden; bathroom en-suite with bath (shower over), toilet and wash basin
 
Front bedroom 1 with double bed; shower room en-suite with shower, toilet and wash basin
 
Front bedroom 2 with two 3' beds; shower room en-suite with shower, toilet and wash basin

OUTSIDE

At the front  -  parking for one or two cars
 
At the rear  -  enclosed patio garden with barbecue, table and chairs

The house has:

gas-fired central heating, including underfloor heating for the ground floor
 
electricity and gas included in the rental
 
ample wardrobe and storage space
 
a cot and high chair
 
double glazing

Pillows, duvets, bedspreads and mattress covers are supplied, together with sheets, pillow slips and duvet covers. Towels, cot linen and table-cloths are not provided, but towels may be hired locally.
